Unfortunately no, there is no customization of any signature entrée. The meals are as is and there is no substituting. If you want a more custom meal please build out a meal on the custom meals tab.

A small signature entrée is based on 2-3oz of protein, ½ cup of carbohydrates and 1 serving of vegetables while the large is based on 4-6oz of protein, 1 cup of carbs and 1 serving of vegetables.

Our meals last for 5 days so long as they are properly refrigerated at under 41°F.

Yes, we do offer a few discount meal packs.  5% off 10 meal pack, 7% off 15 meal pack, 10% off 20 meal pack.

Yes, absolutely. We offer 2 pick up times per week. Monday from 4 pm-6 pm and Thursday from 4 pm-6 pm.

There is a $10 per delivery charge for over 90 towns in CT & NY.  We also offer shipping to surrounding state for $15.  To check if we are able to ship to you please input your zipcode into our Delivery Area tab on our homepage.

There is a purchase minimum of 5 meals priced above $5.99, plus a delivery fee for any delivery. Orders above $200 receive free delivery.

We do not have a purchase minimum for pick up.

For shipped orders you must purchase 10 meals.

Because our main focus is delivering, high quality prepared meals, we do not offer any personalized nutrition services. That being said, we work with many different specialists throughout CT, and would be happy to send referrals.

Yes. We season all of our meals and add a little salt to them to enhance the flavors.
